Want to make a difference In the world? In yourself? Or for the dog next door? This blog may be just what you’re looking for.

While this blog may be based on a variety of writing styles, I also utilize my knowledge acquired from my Psychology Degree to help others. My greatest aspiration is to empower, lead, and inspire you, because I believe in you. We all know life isn’t easy, and often we lack someone to talk to, especially when it comes to those things in life that matter most. Sometimes, we just need a little nudge in the right direction. I can’t say this is a full-blown advice column. Hey! I sure would like it to be, but!! As long as the submissions continue growing at the fast pace that they are, why not contribute. Got a question? If not, then grab your cup, kick back, and tune in through my journey of life, motherhood, daily struggleWP_20150503_005s, innermost musings and my poetic world.

With visions of a rare world I strive to empower, enlighten, lead, and encourage others through written, and spoken word.

Don’t forget! I’m also sarcastic, witty, and humorous too. Therefore, I sure hope to move you.

I just wanted to thank you SOOOO much for taking the time to read the blog post I made that “But I Smile Anyway” reblogged titled “Please Help Our Momma” (https://protomarq.wordpress.com/2016/05/02/helpourmomma/) about the on-going struggles that my family is facing after my mom was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer. It’s been an uphill battle but we have been blessed with so much love, support and encouragement that I don’t know what we would have done without it. It may not seem like much in the grand scheme of things but just knowing that you took time to support our cause seriously means the world to me and my little family. I would like to humbly ask that if you are in the position to contribute something (anything!) to our cancer relief crowd funding campaign it would make a serious impact, even just $5.00, because every little bit makes such a HUGE difference. If you are unable to (and we completely understand) please, at the very least, consider reblogging the “Please Help Our Momma” post to your readers and/or share the campaign on whatever social media outlets you utilize for your readers because maybe we might get in front of the right people who have the means to help my family stay afloat during this time. Thank you so much! Here’s a direct link to the campaign as well. https://igg.me/at/Hz9-ILFN2P0

    Thanks again. Seriously!

Thank you very much for your input. I love meeting people who’s passion is to write as well.I feel incomplete when I have nothing to write down in my journal

Thanks for liking my story Fat Tuesday in Odense, Denmark. Yeah, this was a huge speed bumps… Tough to lose loved ones and, indeed, writing helps. Keep up the good work.

Her heart, while sticking tongue out,
    leads a sheltered life,
    doesn’t drink, nor dance,
    Norfolk, it’s in her dreams.

    Shocked by lack of fidelity,
still pure, as she has never…
    though the thought comes:
    Now free, pretty and young.

    Brother nudges open eyes,
    Confucian box blown open.
    Evident culture gap,
    yet she jumps his way.

    Cosmic bonding creates a further
    life, tantric self-love springs to
relaxed life, freedom to be, to
    elongate burdensome boundaries.

Will she head back to marry,
    deny uncoiling life, to prove
    obedience? Dry flowers yield,
    break mid-air as she walks.
