Be mindful to others. Just because we think we aren’t doing anything wrong DOES NOT mean we are not. It simply means we are too busy within ourselves to realize the impact of our actions.

If we do not ever see harm nor foul within our own selves, we cannot evaluate our SELF. Being able to reflect on ourselves is the most crucial attritbute to  growing as a person.


Oftentimes, it is a moment of patience thart can save us a thousand apoligies later.

    There is much focus on this in social work now. We often judge or have strong reactions to things because we have not reflected enough on our reasons to be so upset. It takes time, as you write, to know oneself and to be honest with oneself.
